☀️ NEW SPRING/SUMMER MENU LAUNCH AT BOW VALLEY RANCHE RESTAURANT IN CALGARY ☀️

This week I’ve got an invitation to join quite intimate (there was only 7 of us!) media gathering at @bowvalleyrancherestaurant to experience (and of course: taste!) the newest Spring/Summer menu that’s launched just recently:-)

What is unique about Bow Valley Ranche is that they are changing the menu only twice a year (Spring/Summer & Fall/Winter) and what I really appreciate about this place (aside if location of course that is always breathtaking yet so relaxing!) is that all of the Ranche’s menus are seasonal and aim to feature locally-sourced, Canadian produce during peak season-trying to use ingredients that are representative of Canadian cuisine (the East Coast Oysters are surely worth trying!)

We’ve got a chance to choose ourselves from the menu - which means I couldn’t say no to the Beetroot Salad (so refreshing thanks to the dill&orange); Yellowfin Tuna Crudo (so creamy yet light-just delicious!); Hokkaido Scallops (was debating between trying these vs the Pan Seared B.C Halibut that was a pure indulgence-thanks @annakarina8a for sharing a bite with me:)Quite popular choices were also Elk Tartare, Roasted Lamb Sirloin and of course: dessert! (their cheesecake is highly recommended!)
