After two years of celebrating Easter in a little bit “different” way- due to restrictions, lockdowns and more: both here & around the world - we’re finally able to celebrate this wonderful time of the year like before: with our loved ones, embracing all the small things that surrounds us and mainly the fact that we are healthy!

And to spread some JOY with All of You, I want to share an Easter Joy table filled with sweet treats and of course - wines that accompany any food ( and conversations!)

My FAVOURITES this SEASON ARE Gray Monk Estate Winery wines (available at Willow Park Wines & Spirits ), including the choice between two lovely white wines being 2021 Riesling (light-bodied, refreshing wine with full fruity aroma with flavours of green apples & limes); 2021 Gewurtztraminer (smooth, slightly rich, medium-bodied wine with flavours of tropical fruit and melon) and when it comes to reds: 2020 Monk’s Blend ( with a bright purple colour unveiling a beautiful bouquet of blue plum, blueberry, black cherry, cassis and pomegranate with delicate notes of oak and spice).
